You never get a second chance to make a first impression
Many of our clients are trying realize that a staging a home for sale makes more pleasing to the eye and more likely to sell quickly. You can use your own furniture or rental pieces when staging your home.
CLUTTER prevents potential buyers from seeing your home at its best. The number one cause of clutter is too much stuff — it’s as simple as that. as part of the home-staging process, I can help you sort through your belongings and assist you as you decide what to pack and store, and what to keep on display. I will help you “purge” the unwanted items, and bring you to the ultimate goal, “A place for everything and everything in its place.”
CLOSETS AND STORAGE AREAS must be organized at all times when you are selling. Buyers will be sure to open them to check the size. Too much crammed into them will give the impression that they are much smaller than they really are. I will help you stage the closets with all storage, including kitchen cabinets, bedroom closets, attics, basements, garages, seasonal items and sports equipment.
DOWNSIZING into a smaller home has unique challenges as you try to decide what to keep, what to get rid of, and how to make it all fit together. Let me help you make the transition a smooth one.
MOVING is difficult at the best of times, and trying to move a disorganized home is even more challenging. On the other hand, moving is also a new beginning, and a chance to organize your new home from the ground up. I can organize your packing and at the same time as we stage your home for quicker sale, using your existing furniture and accessories.
